Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main tasks / Responsibilities of the Position / Deliverables

- Validating business IT demand
- Implementation and administration of standardized local IT/group IT services
- Coordinating IT supply with Group IT and external suppliers
- Implementation of Mondi IT Strategies and Standards
- VIP IT support for senior executives
- Participation in IT projects (such as the implementation of new or the migration of existing systems/applications)
- Administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of application- and system landscape
- Documentation of IT processes and IT environment
- secure and compliance IT environment

Requirements

Professional Career / Experience

- Experience in managing IT Infrastructure in a similar position of not less than 4 years.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft server, active directory, and client operating systems
- Good knowledge of network technology & security
- Good general IT knowledge
- Project management experience
- Analytical thinking and proactive acting
- Problem solving skills
- ERP knowledge would be a plus but not a must
