IT Management Consultant - Network Integration and Security

- As an IT Management Consultant you will design and implement LAN / WAN / Wireless / Security solutions
- You will design, implement and troubleshoot NGFW devices including Palo Alto, Fortigate and Mcafee StoneGate firewalls
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously; you will project delivery and operations and demonstrate leadership skills within each area across custom and complex solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor in IT, Computer Science or relevant area
- Cisco Certified CCNP Security
- Cisco Certified CCNP Routing & Switching
- Other Security certifications are highly valued (Fortinet/PaloAlto)

Experience and Skills required

- 4-6 years experience designing and implementing Network & Security Solutions
- Experience in providing network/security professional services is a must
- Strong experience with Cisco security devices (ASA, Sourcefire/FTD, ISE large deployment, Email and Endpoint security)
- In-depth knowledge of Security technologies and concepts, Infrastructures, Cloud and Data Center
- Solid experience with Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and Load Balancers, with emphasis on Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco A/ISR, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewalls, Juniper SAxxxx, Juniper Firewalls and F5 products
- Knowledge of IT security technologies (Symantec or McAfee Antivirus, URL web Filtering, VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ISE, Cisco WSA)
- Experience with multi vendor Security solutions (F5, Cisco, PaloAlto, Fortinet..etc)
- Design and Implement logical design models (L2/L3, spanning tree, VTP, VLANs, physical cabling), network control protocols (QOS, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP), and security protocols (SSH, AAA)
- Implementation and integration of Vblock networking components, including but not limited to Cisco Nexus devices and UCS blade servers into customer environments
- Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
- Good knowledge with ACI is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - professional, dependable, and flexible team player
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
