Job Description

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core Microsoft services.
• Implement and maintain network security policies, firewalls, and intrusion prevention and detection systems.
• Support and maintain VPNs, remote access, and cloud networking solutions.
• Perform regular network assessments, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Assist in server administration, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide support for end-users and work collaboratively with IT teams on infrastructure improvements.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Familiar with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for network failures, performance issues, and security incidents.
• Follow up all HSE instructions.

Personal Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
