Employment: Full Time

Position Summary

Deliver services related to the implementation & sustenance of the GLOBE ISIT standards, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Network and Telecommunication in the Market/Region. And ensure End user support covering all PC based solutions (Office365, Windows OS, Telephony Solutions etc.)

A Day In The Life Of

- Ensure 24-hour systems availability which includes but not limited to network connectivity, enterprise messaging, telephony, printers, workstations… - Provide 1st level of IT infrastructure support e.g. Servers, Workstation, Printers, Network, etc to improve, streamline and standardize GLOBE ISIT support processes. Diagnose system-related incidents and take corrective actions for the timely resolution; escalate to the 2nd Level support where required. Provide basic technical solution and document requests by customer
- Ensures compliance to GLOBE IT security policies, guidelines & ISMS controls
- Establish and test the local/market Disaster Recovery Plans for all sites periodically - Ensure adherence to the principles and practices of Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) e.g. LEAN - waste elimination approach, leading to the reduction of service time and process optimization across all layers of the organization
- Logging, tracking and Closing Service related tickets - Provide support to the initiatives related to IT Security Awareness within Market/Region

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Good Application Support in Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Windws OS & Problem Solving / Incident Management.
- Understanding of Nestle IT Standards and Procedures. - Hardware life-cycle management, (e.g., delivery, sustain, renovate, replacement) - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- At least 1 years' experience in IT infrastructure, IT security, MS O365 & OS, Network & Telecommunication.
- Good English level
