Description

Dopay, a pioneering fintech company transforming payroll solutions, is looking for a skilled IT system administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting our growing technology needs in a vibrant and collaborative environment located at the Greek Campus in downtown Cairo.

Key responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and monitor servers and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's data and infrastructure against potential threats.

Assist in system migrations and upgrades in line with company growth and technological advancements.

Provide support to internal teams regarding IT-related inquiries and issues.

Document procedures, configurations, and system performance metrics to maintain clear operational records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a system administrator or in a related IT role.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Experience with ESXi technologies.

Proficiency in networking concepts and tools (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Strong experience with Linux.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Linux+) are an advantage.
