Employment: Full Time

Position Summary

Act as a single point of contact for all businesses for implementation "Picture of success" in field.

A day in the life of

- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (GPS, TTS, Contracts, Visibility & Merchandising) for the assigned customers
- Follow up, update and flawless execution of Field Sales Plan for whole market/country.
- Execute daily monitoring of Sales Rep. Performance vs. "Picture of Success"
- Responsible for the execution of the Channel and Customer Category plans at the point of sales (Cycle Plan from ICP).
- Support the development of Field Sales, Channel and Customer Plans for each category by providing feedback on the Cycle plan activities agreed in action plans.
- Responsible for providing quality and on-time information about demand forecast from customer, report on market dynamics, novelties performance on the market, monitor quality of our products.

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales
- FMCG experience is an advantage
