- Participate in establishing and implementing SOPs
- Assure their technicalities are up to company's standards
- Assure the repair/service quality
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Assembling and disassembling of Laptops.
- Complete knowledge in L1, L2 and L3.
- Chip Removal and rebelling skills
- Hardware troubleshooting on Board
- Complete knowledge of software Tools for mobiles or Laptops
- Minimum Experience of 2 years in same field.
- Comfortable with email and CRM system use
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a similar role
- Experience in e- commerce
