Partner with the best

As a Lead Application Engineer - Drill Bits, you will be responsible for:

• Tracking and reducing inventory
• Working on technical proposals and technology introduction
• Contributing to delivering overall Drill Bits financial plan for the assigned countries
• Contributing to delivering all region Service Delivery KPIs
• Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues and resolving post-sales technical issues
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and legal compliance requirements
• Communicating across direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
• Handling latitude in project techniques
• Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree with 8 plus years of experience in drill bit application engineering
• Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in drill bits
• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
