Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading the least complex / lowest volume implementation of a regional Supply Chain solution and related process or program. Ensure the delivery and implementation of a set of project deliverables on-time, within budget expectations, to the desired impact and results. Work with the project manager & other team members, participating in all aspects of the planning and implementation of relevant initiatives for the business. Leads least complex / mid-scope projects

Essential Responsibilities:

- Support the development of the 'as is' landscape for each of the key Supply Chain programs across the Company
- Partner with P&L teams to develop and execute project plans, including tracking project milestones, identifying key stakeholders, integrating the dependencies and monitoring the timelines
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams as we drive to implement Enterprise Standards
- Monitor adherence to the global Enterprise standard and support the gap analysis effort in non-pilot regions as required. Help to develop projects to close gaps as necessary through partnership with each region
- Lead complex business requirement gathering, assessments, and identify exceptions to the process based on local compliance requirement
- Identify and mitigate risks across project; own escalations
- Manage progress to schedule, budget & quality adherence, using project management methodology throughout project lifecycle
- Create and Support documentation of new processes, including Regional variations.
- Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in Process capability, new solution designs and business processes to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality through project implementation
- Seek, share, and implement best practices on a consistent basis
- Actively engage in post go live hyper care support and ensure timely delivery of post go live metrics where applicable
- Own project governance and communicate progress to champions and business Leaders
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Degree in Finance or Business management
- 5+ years Operations or Finance experience
- Clear track record in managing KPIs & delivering operational improvements
- Prior team management experience; preferably 3+ years
- Fluent in English
- Ability to influence & work collaboratively with matrixed teams
- Strong communicator, building relationships with internal customers & external suppliers

Desired Characteristics:

- Knowledge of accounts payable, prior experience in Shared Services
- Software Development Lifecycle
- Demonstrated execution and effectiveness in a non-structured or changing environment
- Global experience - working across time zones, geographies and P&Ls
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others and achieve results
- Demonstrated commitment for process improvement and simplification
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities
- Strong verbal and written skills; ability to facility large audience meetings
- Ability to manage multiple global projects in parallel
