Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team in Hurghada, Egypt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, boost performance, and drive organizational success.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels across the organization
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions
- Implement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning approaches
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies
- Mentor and coach managers and supervisors to enhance their leadership and training abilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Monitor and report on key training metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training activities
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training offerings
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent is preferred
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in needs assessment, curriculum development, and performance management
- Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations as they pertain to employee training and development
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to other locations within Egypt as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all training initiatives
