Job description / Role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Orange Campus leadership and business stakeholders to understand business challenges and transform them into learning opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end design and implementation of skills development programs in their respective scope.
- Utilize instructional design principles, creative thinking and user experience centric design methodologies (ex. Design Thinking) to develop engaging and effective learning solutions
- Apply agile methodologies in the design process to ensure flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Provide solutions for operational risks, training gaps, and learning opportunities and communicate those to stakeholders in partnership with learning operations managers
- Follow a systematic design process, covering all the span of activities, from requirements definition all the way to handover to operations, engaging the operations in the different process steps.
- Conduct thorough research on industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development to incorporate innovative strategies into the design process.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and team members to enhance the overall quality of learning solutions.
- Continuously update and improve existing learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Maintain a strong understanding of technology tools and platforms relevant to learning solution design, integrating them into the design process where appropriate.
- Contribute to the overall culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the Design Team.

Requirements:
About you
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies .
- Experience with Design Thinking and user-centric design approaches.
- Ability to develop innovative learning solutions and Strong creative thinking skills to design engaging learning experiences.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies in project management (like SAFe/Scrum/DevOps).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and leadership.
- A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Familiarity with Orange Business solutions, service offerings and industry frameworks is a plus
- Excellent command of both English and French language is highly appreciated.
