This is a rewarding opportunity to help shape the future of our alternative learning centre, which provides essential respite and reset provisions for secondary school students aged 11-16 in the Farnham and Ash area.

The small team of learning support assistants play a pivotal role in ensuring a supportive environment where students can flourish so that they can return to school. This role requires someone who is committed to supporting an inclusive learning space to allow our students to fulfil their potential.

You will work closely with other staff to fulfil the centre's vision to provide high-quality alternative education.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for supporting students who face challenges in school and have the ability to adapt to meet student needs. Your support and dedication can make a lasting impact on our studentsu2019 lives.

This position is term time only and salary will be dependent on skills and experience.
