Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main Job Purpose:

To manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets
• Manage & Develop skills for the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site
• Lead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing.
• Capital budget preparation and management (Capex)
• Support innovation delivery as part of regional network
• Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors.
• Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.
• Manage the projects, planned maintenance , planned overhauling and innovation budgets
• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing managers to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce waste
• Spare parts stock management
• Manage all site assets and responsible for asset register
• Ensure engineering standards , procedures and formal competence approval mechanisms

• Part of the delivery team responsible for delivering technology conversion plans according to core design with technology team
• Ensure the quality of implementation and project management of all capital projects
• Efficient , safe operation and planned maintenance of utilities
• Implement quality maintenance with QM pillar to Eliminate Quality defects due to machines
• Core team member for supplier evaluation activities
• Team member on systematic approach drivers for process control and process capability (Control plan/FMEA/PPA)
• QVP gap closure for his relevant category in the factory
• Using FI Tools to solve and Eliminate Major BD and Chronic problems

Requirements

Professional Skills:

Essential:

• University degree in technical discipline or general sciences

• Engineering degree
• Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 years' of experience
