Weu2019re seeking an experienced professional maintenance manager with a strong background in industrial maintenance leadership, preventative maintenance programs, and team management. Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and regulatory compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Job summary

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department.
• Ensures that adequate inventories of critical components are available always.
• Plans and executes activities which are intended to provide continuous improvement in the company's manufacturing practices.
• Works with other departments as necessary to plan seamless modifications to, or the addition of, facilities and/or equipment.
• Inspects the work performed by others to ensure conformance to standards, drawings, or blueprints; takes corrective action where necessary.
• Works closely with plant management to minimize the loss of production time in modifying existing equipment, production lines and/or processes, and the installation of new equipment.
• Determines the needs and feasibility of subcontracted services.
• Maintains a skilled maintenance staff by providing training and direction as needed.
