What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, delegate, and review activities of warehouse supervisors.
• Evaluate daily workload, plan and allocate workforce to complete daily objectives.
• Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and targets.
• Audit daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports and KPIs.
• Ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
• Manage stock control, receipts, storage, retrievals, and ensure delivery of goods.
• Ensure all shipments are planned and operated in a correct manner.
• Follow up and control daily absence and overtime.
• Close analysis, promotion, and identification of areas for improvement within the company's Quality Management System.
• Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
• Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Warehouse layout and space management as per ongoing workloads and requirements.
• Assets maintenance and service of MHE and emergency equipment.
• Maintain efficient housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
• Strictly follow, develop, and improve standard processes, procedures, and work instructions. Also promote adherence to procedures by your staff.
• Ensure that department keeps a high standard of health and safety and environmental performance as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Report all incidents, of any nature and however caused, to their immediate superior completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
• Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Warehouse Manager.
