Join us for an exciting career opportunity in the Strategy Insights & Analytics, in the capacity of Manager Pricing & Marketing Analytics, MEA based in Cairo BU .

The main purpose of this role is to drive ROI excellence across categories for MEA BU. The incumbent is responsible for conducting all MMM (Market Mix Modeling) studies for guiding marketing and media investments that plug into annual contract plans. The position will also be responsible for providing a solid understanding of the Base Business sales drivers and Category growth forecasts to all the categories in MEA BU. This would require regular interaction with the MEA Marketing teams, Insights, Pricing, IBP, Finance and Sales teams.

Main responsibilities

- Keep fully updated on how to use the Global Pricing & PPA tools and models developed by Global COE
- Market Mix Modelling (MMM), Marketing ROI measurement & Optimization
- Category Forecasting and Business Driver Analysis
- Responsible for tracking Pricing Strategies, supporting strategic price analysis and work together with the Analytics Manager to offer right recommendations to the teams
- Complete PPA eLearning, technical and commercial trainings * Provide training and share new practices and success cases to build awareness, knowledge & usage of PPA in the regional category team
- Identify KPIs to measure the implementation and usage of PPA, Pricing Tools and Strategic Analytic tools and processes.
- Identify opportunity areas and make recommendations
- Provide forward-looking evaluation of KPIs that track implementation and usage
- Portfolio Analysis (Meta-Analysis)
- Work closely with different stakeholders to manage various projects and strategic reports
- Recommendations for growing the business are a critical outcome

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

- 5-7 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Economics or Business administration
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Proficiency in Nielsen programs
- Fluency in English & Arabic
