About the job

This is a unique assignment to work on shifting customer perception about underground mobility. The job purpose of the Senior Market Research officer is to extract relevant insights, build analysis and create recommendations that will set stage for solid strategy with the purpose of raising awareness, induce more purchase and usage of the service.

The successful market researcher will be able to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness.

Main tasks will be:
- Responsible for collating and analyzing customer insights and customer satisfaction results from all resources to provide insightful, timely and accurate analysis of all aspects of customer service to drive improvement and strategic review
- Manage market research, analysis, and reporting on all the results of Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Conducting periodic focus groups to extract insights to set strategy
- Survey customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision-making process regarding the service, prices and promotions
- Building customer data through on-ground surveys
- Monitoring and scanning social media platforms for insights
- Analysis of customer complaints data and generate reports
- Managing research agencies and full cycle of pitching, briefing, fees negotiations and agency partner allocation

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
- An analytical mind.
- Strong knowledge of Qual and Quant methodologies.
- An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research.
- External agencies partners managing skills.
- Technical knowledge and attentive to details.
- Dive-in attitude: getting hands on insights through on-ground and in-field interaction.
- Ability to explain and defend ideas and strategies.
- Natural team and networking skills.

KNOWLEDGE:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills

EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or master's degree or equivalent
- +5 years experience in market research
