Medical Claims Team Leader

What you do

• Coordinates workflow and meets deadlines.
• Evaluates high cost and complicated cases.
• Monitors claims handling quality.
• Commitment to the process instructions to apply the new induced cost containment process and follow up on it.
• Follows up new joiners training and refreshment sessions.
• Follows up scheduling.
• Follows up complete and accurate data entry on system.

What you bring

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Shows flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project coordination experience.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users.
• Ability to train other staff.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
