Job Description

Raya Smart Buildings, subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is hiring for the Projects and RDD department the following position:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Organize and lead kick-off meetings to define project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
• Attend weekly meetings to monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Develop feasibility studies to assess the financial and operational viability of potential projects or partnerships.
• Supervise construction, fit-out, and setup activities for various projects, ensuring adherence to quality and brand standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges in real time.
• Visit operational locations to ensure compliance with company standards, providing guidance to resolve issues and maintain performance.
• Monitor and evaluate post-launch performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Track project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Manage financial changes and provide regular updates on project performance.
• Ensure projects comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure operational readiness for new openings.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and handovers to operations teams, addressing outstanding issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Architecture.

• Previous experience in MEP and retail project management.
• Strong experience in tendering.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Understanding of the construction and fit-out process.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost analysis.
• Problem solving and decision making.

Education

• Civil or Architecture Engineering.
