Employment: Full Time

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
To translate category strategies & plans into In-market execution through managing merchandising activities across channels and regions

JOB SUMMARY
• Implement and execute merchandising plans across channels and regions to contribute to achieving Perfect Stores compliance target
• Building the merchandising organizational structure & the merchandising team capabilities for optimum reach/ coverage and executing Perfect Store KPIs.
• Creating, managing and controlling merchandising budget (A&P and TTS) and using it effectively to deliver category objectives.
• Managing third party and agencies
• Planning and implementing brand visibility plans including all P.O.S materials for current launches, re-launches of products and in-store activities/ campaigns.
• Planning with Customer marketing the channels’ visibility plans/ schemes and implementing using merchandising team using relevant P.O.S materials by channel.
• Lead the merchandising team to execute category planogram by channel as per category strategy
• Works with the TCM, customer marketing and sales teams on Trade Category Management projects / channel projects
• Monitoring and reporting our in-store visibility, percentage of shelf space for each brand within each category.
• Monitoring and reporting competitor’s activities up to date and circulate to relevant parties for action plan.
• Exchange "good practice" with other Category Managers / sales managers and cross functional teams
• Helping in developing and implementing the "go to market" strategy for New Product Developments.
• In collaboration with TCM & CM; create and innovate in P.O.S material used for on-going competitive advantage Vs. competition. Using plannograms and space management tools.

Requirements


• Trade Marketing or Sales Experience.
• Minimum 4 years working experience.
• FMCG Experience is preferable.
• Good customer and channel understanding.
