Role Summary:

As part of the Separation Management Organization created to support the upcoming Dispositions and Acquisitions, the Treasury M&A Analyst will be responsible for coordinating execution of all Banking deliverables, specifically around bank account setup externally and in all internal systems and Online Banking instances.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Lead all banking activities supporting each of the dispositions & acquisition deals. This would include opening bank accounts, disconnecting & closing accounts, making sure all internal systems are updated with the account changes, ensuring EBTPS setup is created as required
- Work with the Business BD teams and SMO organization to ensure timely action on all banking deliverables
- Represent banking workstream in periodic updates on deal activity, maintaining checklists and tracking all requests for each deal.
- Coordinate with other workstreams around dispositions to draft work plans related to LE restructuring, cash pool disconnections and internal billing transactions.
- Support the teams responsible for dispositions and the strategy for integrating compliance programs in GE's go forward M&A strategy.
- Create detailed integration plans for acquisitions, to include accounts in MyBank, develop to-be cash structures around accounts with preferred banks, cash pool connectivity and operationalizing accounts for business use.
- Ensure all TSA agreements are being enforced among GE Global Operations teams, including relevant system updates
- Partner with Banking services lead to ensure legal agreements / documents have been reviewed and approved by the Corporate Treasury legal team
- Identify required system enhancements to support deal activities, and coordinate with relevant IT teams to deliver on these enhancements



Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Candidate must have a University degree
- Treasury Cash operations or related Treasury operational experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support function, operations or process improvement experience.
- Background and work experience with financial services processes and products.
- Strong process execution and customer service mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills, can-do-attitude / self-starter
