Position overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant at Linah Group, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics AX modules to meet our business requirements. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide training and support to staff. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be critical to optimizing our business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, configurations, and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design and implement solutions in 365 modules (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, etc.).
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and test scripts.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate delivery of customizations and system integrations.
• Support testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Analyze business requirements and assess the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules to address specific business needs.
• Provide guidance on best practices for system usage and integration.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
• Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation.
• Keep abreast of new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and propose enhancements to improve business processes.
• Ensure alignment of 365 configuration with best practices and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in system implementation and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
