Malvern College Egypt is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled multi-sports coach to join our dynamic and expanding sports department. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for sport, a commitment to developing young athletes, and the ability to deliver engaging and inclusive sessions across a variety of disciplines.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions across multiple sports, including football, netball, basketball, volleyball, and athletics.
• Support the development of students’ skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship at all levels.
• Contribute to the organisation and supervision of fixtures, tournaments, and co-curricular activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of participation, competition, and healthy living.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and care in all interactions with students.

Requirements:

• Recognised coaching qualifications in one or more of the listed sports.
• Proven experience in coaching young people within a school or club environment.
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to the ethos and values of Malvern College Egypt.
