Employment: Full Time

Revenue Management is one of the fastest growing capabilities in the FMCG Industry. Understanding Net Revenue, all of its levers and how they impact volume, value, market share and growth performance is a key dynamic in today's industry including:

- Brand Portfolio Pricing,
- Pack/Price Architecture
- Mix Management
- Promotion Management,
- Trade Spend Translation

Key position responsibilities:

- Deliver NRM analysis and align across functions (Brand, Finance, Customer Marketing, Consumer & Shopper Insights, Supply Chain, Category Management, etc.) on key outputs and opportunities to exploit across Price/Pack, Mix and Promotion Optimization.
- Support the delivery of NRM workshops to share findings, gain input and alignment of key opportunities
- Support the creation of selling stories that positions Unilever as an expert in this space
- Support the NRM Manager in strategically influencing and bringing thought leadership in the area of NRM
- Support the development and/or implementation of World Class Tools and Analytics

Responsibilities:

- 4-5 years in customer, analytical and or financial experience preferred
- Knowledge of advanced analytics including pricing and promotion in a CPG, multi-tier pricing environment
- Ability to create and deliver advanced analytical models
- (Consumer and Financial)
- Process and analytic experience

Requirements

Skills:

- Ability to deliver analytics and uncover new insights and recommendations that are mutually beneficial (both volumetrically and financially) and on strategy
- Ability to work cross functionally and lead from role
- Ability to understand the consumer, shopper and customer in all analytics
- Ability to create and deliver advanced analytics and models
- Strong Excel skills (including advanced pivot table skills and preferably knowledge of DAX programming language),
- Financial, Analytical and Organizational skills required.
- Nielsen and EPOS database expertise and familiarity a plus
