About The Role

• To ensure smooth office operations in the assigned portfolio.
• Help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
• Support Careem's values by implementing office guidelines, "green" initiatives and providing regular feedback on the office performance.

Reporting

• The role reports - Basecamp Dubai, UAE and Dotted to Egypt People Engagement Director

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
• Implement office guidelines and monitor its compliance
• Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety
• Oversee the operations of third party service providers and report on their performance to Workplace Manager at the Basecamp
• Agree contracts and supervise multi-disciplinary teams in other offices (cleaning, maintenance, security etc.)
• Manage budgets for office, kitchen supplies other office expenditure and ensure cost - effectiveness
• Track lease agreements in the assigned portfolio and initiate timely renewal and rent payments
• Be a POC for Careem during lease negotiations and renewals.

Requirements

Requirement Summary

• Bachelor degree and preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in Facility or Real States Management
• Must be skillful at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
• Very Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English Language.
• Hard-worker and able to handle stress.
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel.
• Multi-Site Office/Facility Management
• Stakeholder management and alignment
• Small to medium scale Office Upgrade/Fit out Project Management
