Offshore Outbound Telesales - Arabic Speaking

The UAE’s award-winning Business Setup Consultancy, Creative Zone is expanding rapidly by providing an end-to-end solution, right from setting up a business to helping to grow and sustain them within the UAE market and beyond.

Due to this exciting growth, we are looking for Offshore Outbound Telesales to join us and make a real impact converting leads and booking client meetings for our sales teams.

Responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to book meetings for the sales team, and documenting customer information and reactions.

This is a fully remote home-based role working from your home country.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contacting customers and qualifying sales leads received.
- Asking questions to engage customers
- Gathering and documenting customer information and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Ensuring Business Development Executives have an equal distribution of meetings booked for them each month
- Updating calendars and CRM with information

Requirements

To join our team, you will have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field
- Previous Remote experience is an advantage
- Previous outbound call Centre experience is a must
- Previous experience in a sales support role.
- The ability to convert sales leads successfully
- Strong Microsoft Office IT skills particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency in English & Arabic communication both spoken and written.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service
- A positive can-do attitude and good work ethics

Computer System Requirements:

- Stable internet connection of at least5 Mbps or above
- Operating System- Microsoft Windows 10, minimum of Intel Core i5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM
- Noise cancellation headset and webcam
- Ideally have a high Typing score (40 wpm with not less than 90% accuracy)
- A professional home workstation
