Purpose of the Job:
Support the Operations Controller as a trusted analyst on a day to day as well as on a long term strategic view. Provide visibility around costs related to the technical, distribution, and procurement processes through the driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget and controlling the variances), ensure adherence to financial legal requirements and NAS

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide analyzed and fact-based assumptions in seeking cost improvements in Operations Network
• Coordinate reporting of actuals (including organizing and overseeing timeliness and accuracy of period-end close) across Operations and forecasts across Operations
• Prepare and coordinate the Operations budget (FDC, VDC, FFOH, and Depreciation, Transfer Prices, and Procurement DF) with Operations Controller and stakeholders
• Analyze key inputs and outputs of actual and forecasted data from the operations team such as FDC, VDC, FFOH, Depreciation, Procurement DF) and provide business units with robust forecast and accurate figures
• Monitor and analyze exchange rate and commodities movements, and report and communicate routinely any major changes and impacts. Ensure supplier payment terms are aligned to Nestlé principles and accounting standards. Promote and ensure ownership of data at source and that that processes are in place to validate, and correct errors when necessary
• Promote clear understanding of financial key figures and costing within operations, including organizing training sessions for non-specialists
• Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact to the organization of strategic operations decisions
