Job description / Role
Project Management:
• Manage and oversee projects from planning to execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and quality control.
• Drive the long-range strategic planning process for operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead project close-out processes, including quality control meetings, customer walkthroughs, and handovers.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance:
• Embed quality, safety, and regulatory compliance into all company projects.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable requirements imposed by customers and industry regulations.
• Seek creative, cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Financial & Risk Management:
• Examine financial data to improve profitability, manage budgets, and forecasts.
• Control operational costs related to labor, materials, maintenance, and equipment.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential operational challenges.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in operations management within industrial refrigeration or related sectors. A minimum of 5 years working with industrial ammonia refrigeration is required to ensure expertise in handling large-scale cooling systems efficiently and safely
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Skills:
• Proven track record of operational excellence and managing large teams.
• Strong expertise in air conditioning, compressors, automotive, electro-mechanical components, and subsystem manufacturing.
• Global business acumen with multi-cultural understanding.
• Strong customer satisfaction-centric approach.
