Oracle CX Fusion B2C Service Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant / Technical Leader

( 50% Functional and 50% Technical)

Experience in short:
• Should have worked on Oracle B2C Service Cloud (Rightnow) and should have expert skills in Configurations, Workflow/Workspace Management, Business Rules, CPM ,Profile Configurations
• Should be able to understand and debug issues in customizations.
• Strong experience in knowledge Base and Analytics.
• Understanding of the integration concepts is essential and
• Mandatory skills: Candidate should possess expert skills PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and Java Scripts and should have worked in Development and Support
• .Net is added advantage
• Must have good issue debugging skills in CX and must know Oracle cloud support processes.
• Knowledge on Oracle cloud quarterly upgrades and will be able to work with Oracle Cloud Support
• Preferred working experience of 5 - 10 years in Oracle Fusion B2C Service Cloud(RightNow/CX)
• Worked in at least 2 implementation projects and should have experience with Post and Pre-Production support
• Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes
• Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving skills
• Good Communications and a Team Player
• Willing to work in shifts and operations support
• English language skills required!

Requirements

Qualification:
• Should be a BE\B-Tec\MBA\MCA or any such professional qualification.
