Job Description

The primary function of the Oracle Consultant - Fusion HCM is to effectively deliver/implement and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM modules and provide support of Oracle R12 e-Business suite, in order to provide an integrated information system solution to Rawabi Businesses.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, the Oracle Consultant - Fusion HCM will provide expertise in the areas of Fusion Cloud Saas & PaaS, primarily HCM core, Payroll, Fast Formula, Benefits, Absence Management, Approval Hierarchy & Time and Labor, Talent Management , OTBI and HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, PBL, Security, Scheduler.
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development.
- Facilitate business by Testing, Troubleshooting and providing Post Go live Support.
- Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle Fusion cloud modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment:
- Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud and build extensions for them.
- Responsible for Payroll processes and following setups Time Entry and Time Calculation Layouts & Rules, Elements, Element Entry, Balance definitions, Calculation cards, Retro events, Object groups, Payroll Relationships
- Responsible for setup and maintain payroll costing and costing to GL integration
- Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverables.
- Responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Responsible for configuring and providing support for HCM Mobile app.
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Assist business by preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion configurations.
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion configurations/setups and provide support.
- Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion configuration and support
- Develops and documents Rawabi's expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.
- Leverages existing solutions and design to drive standardization and simplification to reduce future implementation timelines and costs.
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Master's degree M.B.A is a plus
- Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Certification is preferred .
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar position, with experience at least Three to Four Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud product, from planning to configuration through go-live.
- Project Leadership and oversight for Oracle HR & Payroll with hands on experience .
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English; written & verbal - Arabic language is a plus .
- Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous and someone who has an eye for details
- Ability to prioritize time and tasks .
- Creativity in resolving complex issues surrounding business process and technical challenges .
