Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

DESCRIPTION
• Monitor the order flow and secure a qualitative information flow to concerned parties
• Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues.
• Responsibility for managing customer order activity through the order fulfillment cycle.
• Other duties less defined in scope relating to material availability.
• Tackle the day-to-day workload and manage competing priorities.
• Effective communication with other departments as needed.
• Managing the marketplace seller’s performance in order to increase the fulfillment ratio.
• Managing the customer order process and working with other aspects of the operations team to ship all orders on time.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics and customer issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes.
• Work collaboratively with other internal departments to quickly resolve customer concerns.
• Participate in special tasks and perform additional duties as required.
• Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Decision-making skills and using prior experience and knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve non-standard problems.
• High customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate at different levels.
• Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently.
• Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
• High quality standards.
• Helpful, dependable, meticulous, and organized.
• Good experience in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Previous experience as an Order Management Specialist, Order Management Representative, or Customer Fulfillment Specialist.
