Join us for an exciting career opportunity in the Customer Service & Logistics function, in the capacity of Outbound & Warehouse Lead CTOR , based in the Tenth of Ramadan Chocolate Factory

The main purpose of the role is to Manage all the Intercompany export processes efficiently to match with the company Intercompany export strategy as well as lead the Finished Goods warehouses, transportation, and drive the capability building roadmap for the Logistics Operations organization to ensure that the capability building pace copes with that of the company growth.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage export business for GCC, Levant, Central East Asia , Russia, Australia, New Zealand in terms of planning and Logistics
- Manage all the company's Finished Goods warehouses (5 WHs with 80 employees)
- Participate in making the shipping strategy for all inter-company projects
- Follow up with export stakeholders to make sure the right stock allocation
- Ensuring export regulatory compliance and compliance with corporate guidelines
- Provide shipping analysis in terms of weight, cost, number of containers
- Efficient interaction with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand & Replenishment Planning and Logistic Operations
- Establish efficient customer and order information flow
- Assist vendors with preparation of commercial documents for first sale (international) transactions. Assemble details (document requirements, routing instructions, tariff codes, etc.) for first sale orders and furnish to vendors. Review final documents
- Direct support for Finished Goods warehouse needs such as allocation of external warehouse space, equipment rental and required maintenance in a timely manner
- Provide periodic logistics reports and statistical data as requested for reporting and analysis by departmental manager such as WH's utilization report, trucks utilization, and distribution cost analysis, labors productivity, etc
- Liaise and coordinate for internal and external audits inspection to ensure conformity
- Leads efforts to generate productivity and service improvements
- Manage inventory write off and scrap handling for expired and damaged finished goods warehouses located in the 3 plants
- Manage and Follow up on Internal/External/Quality/ISO/HCCP periodic audits
- Ensure FIFO and hygienic environment according to the company's quality standards
- Develop and execute an effective maintenance program for all Distribution centers buildings and utilities to ensure safe and reliable operations
- Develop direct reports
- Responsible for product traceability of the product and ability to retrieve and recall finished goods in line with company requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

- 5-7 experience in the field of export and Warehousing business from a FMCG/Industrial industry
- Bsc. Degree in Engineering
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of ISO & food safety
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient user of MS Office
- SAP or Oracle user
