Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Position Summary

To support Nestle global and/or market specific business strategies by ensuring timely and efficient implementation of new products and processes in the factory. This to be achieved by managing new Packaging development projects from concept stage to launch at factory level and by efficient communication/interaction with both internal and external partners.

To support the Business by identify Packaging savings to improve cost. Contributing to Nestle plastics/Sustainability commitment by Managing and / or performing trials across all categories.

A day in the life of

- To manage the development and introduction of new packaging within factory complying with PS&C, Nestle standards and guidelines.
- To manage technical projects, support factory and marketing in terms of projects / initiatives related to packaging, product, processes and technologies including 60:40. Ensuring compliance with both Nestle policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
- To manage all factory activities related to packaging materials with improving unplanned stoppages across all lines.
- To support Business by identifying and implementing saving projects on packaging materials and pallet pattern improvement for logistics efficiency.
- Support CTAG teams on implementing the Plastic/Sustainability Roadmaps from each category in both factories ensuring full alignment with Nestle suppliers.

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Fluent in English Language, French language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, safety, compliance and quality.
- MS Project is required.
- AutoCAD experience is preferred.
