Job description
Manage multiple operational scopes efficiently to maintain high-quality service standards. Take ownership of complex and long-running issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues promptly, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Minimum qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in troubleshooting and technical support for complex solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of fixed and TV products, including routing, switching, and IP services.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) at C1 level and proficient in English.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent customer orientation.
- Ability to act as internal L2 support for team members in complex scenarios.
- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related area.
