Position Summary

As a Payroll Supervisor you will oversee the execution of payroll activities to guarantee it's performed accurately and according to PY calendar: PY calculation, reconciliation, posting, payroll reports.

A day in the life of

- Ensure that payroll is run every month according to calendar, validate the bank transfer file and ensure salaries are paid according to schedule.
- Reconcile payroll results and ensure postings are performed according to Finance deadlines.
- Ensure Tax and Social Security reconciliations, legal reporting and ensure internal controls for audit purposes are in place and documented.
- Supervises all the sub-processes of Payroll to ensure accuracy, timeliness, quality of the activities performed due to SLAs. Analyzes periodic reports
- Define and monitor implementation of PY plans and objectives, in line with H2R strategies.
- Monitor the performance service level agreements (SLA's) and indicators of services (KPI's);
- Drive action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement.
- Identifies and leads the resolution of the issues in team that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with other service line within H2R & Markets served
- Responsible for issue escalation and dispute resolution
- Ensure ongoing cooperation with HR Administration team in consistent improvement of current process and stabilizing the quality of service delivered.
- Handle operational meeting with the markets to monitor the KPI & follow the actions to improve the level of service.
- Coach & Lead projects to maintain and improve the overall payroll activities.
- Promote and support NCE awareness. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of Daily Operational Reviews/ Weekly Operational Reviews/ Monthly Operational Reviews/ GSTD

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll or HR Field.
- Very good command of English
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Can apply the Proactive Cooperation mindset on his/her daily tasks
- Bachelor's Degree holder
