Job purpose:

The people and culture country specialist supports the HR manager in driving the people & culture agenda in Egypt. This role acts as a deputy HR manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to key strategic HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and compliance.

The position bridges the gap between transactional HR delivery and business partnership - supporting leaders and employees, and ensuring that local practices align with Allianz global standards and Egyptian labor law.
