You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.

How you will contribute

You will

- Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
- Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
- Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
- Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
- Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
- Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
- Consult on overhead management

Requirements

Education / Certifications:

- University degree graduate
- Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, labour markets and competitors

Job specific requirements:

- Min. 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources covering People Capability Development, Rewards, Training Delivery, Organization Design & Change Management
- Experience in partnering & managing multiple stakeholders
- Business Acumen
- High agility & continuously practices a growth mindset
- Ability to influence teams & coach others
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and leverage cooperative relationships
