Job description / Role
The job-holder will be a key member of the development team who will be responsible for research, development and optimizing the recipe of feta cheese product and its modification in order to meet customer needs and optimize production processes, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced professional who will be acting as the ambassador for innovation, renovation in the plant in Feta technology. He will be responsible for the process, formula, dairy raw material and additives and he will be accountable of cost-saving projects managed or deployed in the plant.
