ROLE DESCRIPTION

The General Business (GB) market segment represents SAP's fastest growth opportunity, particularly in Cloud. To accelerate market share in GB, it is of strategic importance for SAP to lead the adoption of SAP innovation portfolio and advise, in concert with our partners, European SMEs to run at their best with SAP solutions

A day in the life

- Work closely with sales executives and partners to understand client requirements and help define a sales strategy
- Support SAP customers with product expertise and best practice assistance
- Develop demos and content in concert with sales priorities in fast paced and high energy environment
- Present SAP solutions to various levels of customer staff in a diverse range of customer organizations
- Proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how SAP brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers

Your Basic Qualifications

- 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in CRM presales, or in presales in general.
- CRM product implementation for 2+ years is an advantage.
- Having a good knowledge about online shopping trends is also an advantage.
- Working for sales, marketing and/or customer service department is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of integration technologies and cloud architectures.
- Based in Cairo (with 10% travel requirements).
