Job overview

We are looking for a principal fusion fin techno-functional consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and also have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. You will also have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products. Develops, integrates, and implements application components including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI reports. Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

What you will do

• Work as a professional with relevant experience and expertise in EBS and Fusion SaaS applications, especially the FIN track, on a range of projects including Oracle FIN Cloud, Payroll, and Cloud ERP as a technical specialist.
• Handle tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up, troubleshooting existing technical solutions, and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy, and execution.
• Have 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
• Read, write, and speak Arabic and English.
• Deliver services both remotely or onsite depending on business requirements.
• Have experience acting as a specialist, developer, or similar role with cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
• Be proficient in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organization.
• Hold an undergraduate or higher degree or have equivalent work experience.
• Have a positive, resilient, and creative attitude with an open and agile mindset when facing challenging situations.
• Be driven to take innovative proposals and make them mature solutions.
• Have the ability to break down complex problems or issues to determine suitability and make appropriate assessments and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to ensure alignment between business change, IT architecture, technical solutions, business resources, and processes. As an integral part of a global organization, the principal fin consultant will work within an international environment with colleagues around the globe and contribute to global technology-driven initiatives or innovation programs for continuous service improvements.

You should have

• 10+ years of implementation experience of financial solutions
• At least 6 years implementing financial SaaS applications
• Worked in the following finance modules as a functional consultant: Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, Fusion CM, Fusion FA, Fusion Expenses, Lease Management, Revenue Management
• Excellent experience in Fusion project management, costing, and billing is a must
• Ability to understand, design, and develop complete solutions
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• Proven experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all types of data loaders, extracts, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, sandboxes, page composer, etc.
• Good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices according to new feature adoption, testing, and change management
• Strong knowledge in roles and security
• Follow and ensure adoption of Oracle implementation best practices, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support
