Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Programs Officer.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of accelerator programs, including workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring smooth scheduling, venue arrangements, and effective communication with participants.
  • Track and analyze program metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Scout for promising startups to join our accelerator programs, contributing to a dynamic and innovative cycle.
  • Conduct needs assessments for entrepreneurs participating in our programs to tailor support effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with startups and Raya experts to facilitate successful one-on-one mentorship sessions.
  • Follow up with startups to ensure they receive all necessary support from Raya, including post-program assistance regarding investment outcomes.
  • Research and identify new tools and resources that can enhance the services offered by Raya FutureTech.
  • Assist in the marketing and promotion of Raya FutureTech, contributing to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

Skills

  • Excellent written English and Arabic, and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable in the field of entrepreneurship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure for tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work across several projects simultaneously.
