What will you do?
- Back-office support and documentation such as project file creation and maintenance, requisition issuance, delivery follow-up, etc.
- Upload and update project plans on the electronic system, in coordination with the project manager, and track project progress, financials, issues, risks, and reports as appropriate.
- Complete project checklist, PO verification checklist, and maintain project status on all relevant systems and physical files.
- Upload approved P&L on the financial system and issue LG request as per customer PO.
- Upload approved project plan on the electronic system and ensure that the latest template is being used.
- Issue purchase requisition and follow up with the logistics department on goods delivery.
- Follow up with the project manager on the project plan tasks due and update the project plan accordingly.
- Assign project resources upon the advice of the project manager, get feedback on task completion from the project manager, and prepare project reports as appropriate.
- Prepare stock issue request upon the advice of the project manager and coordinate with warehouse goods delivery.
- Issue invoice request upon receiving corresponding documentation from the project manager and follow up with finance until revenue recognition, updating the project plan with actual revenue and cost.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or relevant field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- High tracking and orientation.
- Customer service orientation.
