The opportunity
Be a part of our international consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where we oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors.
Our Middle East and North Africa hub started in 1998 and has successfully operated in a wide range of countries, delivering project and programme management and cost consultancy services.
The project is 4 medium rise towers + 10 G+10 buildings and their common podium. The service includes project and cost management as well as overseeing the services by the designers and site supervision consultant(s). Project duration expected is 40 months.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Reporting to the regional director, managing the strategy and delivery of a medical facility project.
• Working in a client facing role, guiding fee proposal, developing the clients’ strategy, through to managing the appointment of the extended professional team of local and international consultants and contractors.
• Developing the clients and medical facility operators brief, delivery strategy, directing the design management, procurement and execution of the scheme.
• Establishing and managing a high performing team (10 staff) that strives for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the project deliverables.
• Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.
