Eram Talent is looking for a talented engineer - project to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success.

If selected, work location will be in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with project management best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
• Support the development of project budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project engineering or management.
• AutoCAD experience will be required.
• Experience working in the oil & gas or construction industry is preferred.
• PMP certification would be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
