Job Summary
• The Project Manager is a senior member of the team in design center. He is responsible for the management of projects of moderate complexity, including team management, schedule and cost control, quality management, risk management and client management throughout the design project lifecycle.
• He is accountable for the delivery of projects of moderate complexity in accordance with project budgets and schedules while satisfying all technical and quality projects requirements.
• While doing so, the jobholder is the main client counterpart and ensures client requirements are handled in a professional manner, while maintaining a positive and reputable company image in all interactions.
• The jobholder is expected to progressively support and work on more complex projects, as needed.
• He shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the project management space and adopt best project management practices, where applicable

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Master’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Business Administration is preferred
• PMP certification
• Experience: 10+ years

Skills
• Knowledge of Engineering design
• Solid knowledge in all aspects of project management
• Excellent knowledge of project management software
• Strong budget management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Good understanding of quality control and risk management
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management, clients and various departments
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; and/or French would be an advantage
