Overseeing the project running operation, planning, and delivery, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet technical, budgetary, and timeline requirements.

• Project leadership: Lead the project ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Team management: Supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Stakeholder communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments.
• Budget & timeline control: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation including specifications, progress reports, and final deliverables.
• Progress tracking: Monitor project milestones and deliverables against the master schedule.
• Reporting cadence: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Variance analysis: Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Executive summaries: Provide concise status updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and next steps.
• Tool utilization: Use project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) to generate Gantt charts, timelines, and resource plans.
