Description

Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure that project and department milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projects is a must.
• Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field.
• Ability to use main MS Office applications, Primavera, and CAD programs.
• Strategic planning, strong reporting, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated high leadership and communication skills.
• Very good negotiation skills.
• Proven working experience as a project management manager in the construction sector.
