About the job
The Project Digitalization Manager will be responsible to lead the transformation of standardized project reporting systems and tools into digitalized interactive reporting and operational systems, providing internal and external stakeholders project/operational information as needed visually and interactively. He/she is responsible for creating, maintaining and updating the tools required to develop reports/dashboards as requested from different departments such as operational departments, NAT, RATP Dev.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Involves in planning, organizing, and supervising processes, and make necessary improvements to support the company's strategic goals
- Applying different project management techniques as required.
- Designing, developing, administrating and maintaining business intelligence digitalized reporting solutions utilizing Microsoft power bi or latest state of the art tools
- Developing dynamic visual dashboards to support operational needs
- Assisting the operational departments in their involvement in projects
- Monitoring time, cost and different project deliverables and provide data analysis and measurements.
- Coordinating with different departments the development of tasks that must be completed.
- Monitoring internal indicators to assess the impacts of projects on operation and maintenance functions.
- Providing feedback on each project and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Projects Department

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in a scientific field, or a significant experience in project management. PMP is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
- Project communication management
- Use of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power BI)
- Knowledge of the local environment
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years plus experience in Project Management
