Job Summary
The Proposal Coordinator collects internal documentation from similar proposals and projects (e.g. regulations, standards, etc.), and assists in the development of method statements, project approaches and scopes as well as project timelines, including breakdown structures, recourses allocation for the proposal for all Departments. The jobholder coordinates with design departments and sections to review technical proposals, he is expected to collect and consolidate design staff resumes, project references and other required information in the required formats for design proposals. He is responsible of coordinating the fulfillment of commercial/legal requirements including bid bonds, performance bonds etc. in coordination with geography teams and revising and packaging technical and commercial design proposals.

Job Responsibilities
• Collect internal documentation from similar proposals and projects (e.g. regulations, standards, etc.), as needed
• Support in the development of method statements, project approaches and scopes for the proposal development
• Support in the development project timelines, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation etc. for proposals.
• Coordinate with design departments and sections to review technical proposals
• Design and formats (soft and hard copy) proposals layouts (e.g. covers, separators, project leaflets, prequalification documents
• Collect and consolidate design staff resumes, project references and other required information in the required formats for design proposals
• Assist in coordinating the fulfillment of commercial/legal requirements including bid bonds, performance bonds etc. in coordination with geography teams
• Review and package technical and commercial design proposals, forward proposal package to geography for final review
• Provide support in conducting proposal close-out activities and derive lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• Good organization and time management skills
• Good estimation and scheduling skills
• Good technical writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
