Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer.

What will you do:

• Ensure that the CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
• Implement MSCS (Master Cleaning Schedule) with the hygiene and sanitation teams.
• Follow up on the progress of IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
• Ensure that all food safety standards and PRP (Prerequisite Program) are implemented.
• Be responsible for product safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Be responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
• Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
• Collect product samples for product development and lab retention.
• Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct temperature checks on products, ensure all HACCP and Health Authority rules and regulations are followed, and manage log books.

• Awareness of ISO 22000, BRC, and FSSC

Education

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or any related field.
